Celebrating Shakespeare’s Birthday

MTS is pleased to be celebrating the Bard’s 450th birthday by taking part in HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHAKESPEARE on 23rd April 2014 in the rehearsal room at Salisbury Playhouse. The performance consists of of scenes, sonnets, soliloquy and song and commences at 7.00pm, tickets are unreserved and cost £5 (to include some birthday cake!) Tickets are available via the Playhouse website.   


MTS at Laverstock Ladies

MTS was delighted to spend an evening with Laverstock Ladies on Monday 10th March 2014 . The group of singers from MTS kept the Ladies entertained with a short programme of songs from the shows. Congratulations to Salisbury Playhouse who were listed as one of Britain’s Best Regional Theatres in today’s Daily Telegraph. MTS at Stars of Salisbury

On Sunday 15th December MTS took part in The Giles Brothers‘ Stars of Salisbury at The City Hall. The event was a great success, raising a fantastic £2500 for two local charities: Lucy’s Days Out and the STARS Appeal. Christmas Cheer!

On Saturday 14th December 2013 MTS braved some rather soggy weather to bring a little Christmas cheer to the Salisbury Christmas Market.
